Dialogue is the key to it all. The first step is to obtain an initial detailed briefing from the customer. The assignment is outlined, every option examined, the characteristics of the product considered, and any future requirements of the packaging and the machine are defined. Space requirements and the commercial investment aspects are also considered.

During the project design and planning stage, we investigate energy usage and staffing requirements, ergonomics and ease of use. Solutions are presented showing the complete packaging system and the preferred machine selection. A detailed quotation is provided together with the system layout drawing, a time and activity schedule, complete with full costing information.

Implementation

How will the entire system perform efficiently and keep to the time schedule agreed? As the Main Contractor IPS is responsible for the reliable project management, and the implementation of your project. Each individual machine involved is specified by IPS, design reviewed, manufacturing process checked, finally pre-tested at the individual manufacturers' premises. All the individual machines will be integrated to form the complete system at our purpose built factory II at Crailsheim. The complete packaging system undergoes comprehensive engineering tests, trial runs and customer training is provided prior to delivery. This ensures that the entire packaging line is commissioned in the shortest time possible and made ready for production.

Customer Support

As your Main Contractor we provide comprehensive project engineering support. We take full responsibility for all stages of the project including project coordination, supervising all activities and achieving milestones, to reach your scheduled production date. These are the IPS core competences and strengths. We undertake all the measures necessary to install the system, we organise transport and are responsible for the installation, commissioning and training of your staff at your premises.
